Expertise
Han Xu received his Master degree (Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine) in Guizhou Medical University, China in 2018 and worked in Helmholtz Zentrum München between October 2018 and September 2019 as a visiting scholar with a Guizhou Medical University research scholarship. He joined the MITT Lab as a doctoral student in November 2019. His previous research involved IL-11R molecule targeted probes and targeted therapy mechanisms of hepatocellular carcinoma recurrence and metastasis.
His current research project is focused on molecular imaging techniques to monitor the tumor microenvironment and changes induced by Ioco-regional therapies. Additionally, he conducts a clinical data analysis to evaluate disease progression patterns after liver ablation to improve disease-specific monitoring strategies for these patients.
